Haskap Blueberry Preserve

Sweet Nova Scotia blueberries and tangy Haskap berries come together in this wonderful preserve. A natural breakfast side, as well as an accompaniment for your cheese and charcuterie. Made only with whole fruit, a bit of sugar, a squeeze of lemon. We cook it slowly allowing the the flavours of the fruit shine bright. No pectin, no shortcuts.

To develop this preserve we sought to source or fruit from local farms, including our Haskap grown on a farm down on the South Shore of Nova Scotia.

Due to CFIA rules, at this time this product is only available for purchase in Nova Scotia.
