Our fruit preserves start with whole fruit, we add a bit of sugar, and a squeeze of lemon. That's it. We cook it slowly, allowing the flavours of the fruit shine bright. No pectin, no shortcuts.
Where possible we source our fruit directly from Nova Scotia farmers.
