A classic Nova Scotia flavour, our Strawberry Rhubarb Preserve is delicious both on your morning toast, and your afternoon cheese and charcuterie. Made only with whole fruit, a bit of sugar, a squeeze of lemon. We cook it slowly allowing the the flavours of the fruit shine bright. No pectin, no shortcuts.
To develop this preserve we sought to source or fruit from local farms, including our rhubarb grown on a farm a mere few kilometres down the road.
Due to CFIA rules, at this time this product is only available for purchase in Nova Scotia.
