Raspberry Cranberry Preserve

Delicious raspberries and tangy Nova Scotian cranberries and a perfect pair in this wonderful preserve. A natural sperad for your morning toast or bowl of porridge, as well as an accompaniment for your cheese and charcuterie. Made only with whole fruit, a bit of sugar, a squeeze of lemon. We cook it slowly allowing the the flavours of the fruit shine bright. No pectin, no shortcuts.

To develop this preserve we sought to source or fruit from local farms, including our Cranberries grown in Nova Scotia.
