Prosciutto Parmesan and Apple Ale appetizer pizza

If your pressed for time, or just want a delicious starter than this Prosciutto Parmesan and Apple ale appetizer pizza is a winner. It combines delicious sweet chutney, chewy pizza dough, and salty cheese and prosciutto. You can put it together in 5 minutes, and ready for the table in less than 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- Package of pizza dough
- 8-10 slices of Prosciutto
- ½ ball fresh mozzarella
- 125ml jar of Harvest and Wild Apple Ale Chutney
- Fresh parmesan for grating
- Arugula for garnish
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 450f
- Lightly oil a baking sheet and stretch out pizza dough
- Top with Apple Ale Chutney as a base, then mozzarella and prosciutto
- Bake for 15 mins or until crust is golden
- Grate parmesan over the hot pizza. When cool, garnish with arugula and serve
