Quick Caramelized Onion Bacon Jam
Bacon jam is delicious but expensive and hard to come by sometimes. This easy and quick caramelized onion bacon jam recipe will be hard to beat. Great with cheese, a burger, or even with breakfast and poached egg.
- 125ml jar of Harvest and Wild Caramelized Onion Chutney
- 200g smoked bacon
- 3 Tbsp coffee
- Roughly chop bacon and cook in a saucepan until browned.
- Drain bacon fat, and return pan to heat. Deglaze with coffee.
- Add Harvest and Wild Caramelized Onion Chutney and cook until bacon and chutney are combined and thick. Store in fridge for up to three days.
